About Your Bundle of Rights: San Diego Foreclosures and REO'sLeave a comment »
When I buy San Diego Foreclosures and REO'S, Do I still Get a Bundle of Rights?
There are "bundle of legal
rights" that are transferred from seller to buyer when you purchase San
Diego REO'S and foreclosures. These are
the rights of the holder of title to the property.
Holding title to the land means having ownership of land. The evidence of that title is the deed. When the property is sold, the seller executes a deed to transfer title to real property, and the bundle of rights that go along with it. Most buyers are confused by this list of rights, but once explained seems obvious as rights of a new home owner. Buying and selling of Real Estate is a legal transaction that spells out all terms and conditions for all parties. Failure to put this bundle of rights in writing would fail to make the real estate transaction legally binding. http://www.sandiegoforeclosureconnection.com/00310A
