Should I Use My Equity To Invest  In San Diego Foreclosures and REO's?

Some of the best advice that I've ever gotten was "nobody ever gets rich by being comfortable". Some even say that if you want to be wealthy you need to take chances, Often the more I risk, the more life rewards me.

If you have purchased a home in the last few years, there is a good chance that you have a fair amount of equity in your home. There is no risk in sitting on your home's equity. If you haven't used the equity to remodel your home or to pay for college tuition, you may want to use your home's equity to buy San Diego Foreclosures and REO's.

Investors in for the long term know that one of the safest places to park your money is in real estate. Investing in real estate is not risk free, but if you invest in the right properties, the return on your investment can be plenty.
